makes hooking into events easier
this plugin lets you register events via a new $ev object instead of extending functions
the functions are: emit(eventName, context, ...params) //lets you emit a new event which fires all on,before and after events of the given event name
emitType(type, eventName, context, ...params) //lets you emit a new event which only fires events of the given type, where the given type is either 'on', 'before' or 'after'
//lets you register an event on the eventName ('on', 'onAfter' and 'onBefore' are removed from the eventName and decided via the function)
on(eventName,callback) before(eventName,callback) after(eventName,callback)
