Parties This agreement is made between MVPlugins (“Service Provider”) and the customer (“User”) who uses the website and/or purchases digital products. 2. Service Description MVPlugins provides plugins and software products for Minecraft servers. All purchased products are digital content. 3. License and Usage Purchased plugins are licensed exclusively to the license holder. Products may not be resold, shared, or redistributed. No one other than the license holder is permitted to use the product. Unless otherwise stated, the license is valid for use on a single server only. 4. Payment and Refund Policy All payments are for digital products. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available after delivery. In the event of a payment dispute (chargeback), the license may be suspended. 5. Updates Products are updated regularly. License holders may re-download the latest versions of the products they have purchased. 6. Support Support is provided only to licensed users. Support coverage applies solely to the purchased product. 7. Disclaimer MVPlugins does not guarantee full compatibility with third-party software. MVPlugins is not responsible for data loss caused by server-related issues. The User uses the product at their own risk. 8. Account Suspension Accounts may be suspended in the following cases: License violation Product sharing or redistribution Chargeback disputes Attempts to damage or abuse the system 9. Changes MVPlugins reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.
